3.18 Early Dismissal or Pick up Procedure

Parents/Guardians
If your child needs to be checked out of school before the scheduled dismissal time please contact the school administration office in order to coordinate.

Guidelines on Early Dismissal
Parents/guardians or authorized person should come to the administration office in order to coordinate the dismissal.

Security and Safety
Our student’s security and safety are our upmost priority. In an effort to protect our students, parents must let us know, in advance, who has permission to pick up their child(ren) at school.

Parents may pre-authorize individuals by contacting the school and providing their personal information including a copy of their photo ID. Parents must inform these individuals they will be asked to show photo identification if the school staff is unfamiliar with them. Anyone coming to pick up your child/ren who is not on the list of authorized individuals will NOT be allowed to leave with the student/s unless the administration receives a prior, written notification from the registered parents/guardians.
